Rebates & Programs
UPPCO is one of eleven Michigan utilities that has joined with the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) to form Efficiency United. This partnership provides energy efficiency rebates and programs designed to help people reduce their energy use and achieve cost savings. Efficiency United will administer the programs and incentives inside this comprehensive, statewide initiative.
Rebates
Rebates are available on ENERGY STAR®-qualified items such as high-efficiency clothes washers and water heaters, as well as low-flow aerators and water heater pipe wrap.

- Online Home Energy Audit
- Low-Income Energy Efficiency Assistance
- Residential HVAC Rebates
