Report an Electric Problem

Report a problem or unsafe condition with your electric service online. You can also report an electric problem by calling us at 800-562-7809.

There are two ways to report an electric outage or problem online:

• Log in to report your problem
  Select the account currently experiencing electric problems. This option will help us to more accurately determine the location of the outage.
• Report your problem without logging in
  You will be asked to provide details about the location of the problem.
