Business and Technology Scholarships
Purpose
Wisconsin Public Service Foundation realizes the value women and minorities bring to
the business and engineering fields. We've established scholarships to support female and
minority students majoring in those fields.
Qualifications
To be eligible for scholarships, applicant must:
- Currently attend an institution in one of the following states:
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Iowa
- Michigan
- Minnesota
- Wisconsin
- Be a full-time junior or senior during the academic year 2008-2009.
- Be a female or be of African-American, Native American, Asian-American
or Hispanic heritage.
- Have at least a 2.8 cumulative grade point average.
- Be majoring in the area of business or engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil,
industrial, chemical, computer or environmental engineering).
Awards
These are $1,500 renewable scholarships, providing the student remains in good
academic standing.
Deadline
Please return the application
(including your response to the essay questions) by March 1, 2008 and request that
your college send an official copy of your transcript (through January 2008).
