Keith Moyle

Keith Moyle is vice president and general manager of UPPCO. He began his career in 1985 as an electrical engineer with our sister company Wisconsin Public Service. later holding the positions of assistant gas distribution engineer, division electric engineer, customer service manager in Minocqua, Wisconsin, and director of fleet services.
Keith received his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin. He serves on the board of the Economic Club of Marquette County, Michigan, the board of Lake Superior Community Partnership, and is also a member of the Marquette County Ambassadors.
Chuck Cloninger
President
Upper Peninsula Power Company
Chuck Cloninger was appointed president of UPPCO in 2012.
He began his career with our sister company Wisconsin Public Service in 1981 as an associate engineer. He was named a division engineer in 1982, an electric distribution engineering projects engineer in 1988, an operations engineer in electric distribution in 1989 and a customer service manager and regional manager in 1998. In 2002, he was appointed assistant vice president of operations and engineering.
In 2005, he became president of our sister company Minnesota Energy Resources, and in 2008, he also became president of our sister company Michigan Gas Utilities.
Chuck received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan, in 1981. He is a graduate of the Center of Creative Leadership, the Portage County Leadership Institute - Steven Point, Wisconsin, and the Green Bay Leadership Institute.
He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
Chuck is on the executive committee of the board of directors for Trees for Tomorrow in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Chuck has been active in the community through involvement with the United Way and the American Cancer Society. He has also served on the Economic Development Committee for Portage County, Wisconsin, and has been involved in various school committees and programs.
