Through the Multi-family Efficiency program, we’ll visit your property and provide complimentary upgrades in your common areas, outdoor spaces, and residents’ quarters. These upgrades may include:

  • Indoor & Outdoor LED Bulb Installation – LED bulbs use 75% less energy and last up to 25 times longer than incandescent light bulbs. We provide standard bulbs and linear lighting fixtures and tubes for optimal upgrade options.
  • LED Exit Signs – Energy efficient exit signs can passively reduce your energy costs, meaning you don’t have to make any daily changes while still saving energy and money.
  • Lighting Control & Occupancy Sensors – Upgrading your lighting controls can allow you to easily control your electric use while maintaining comfort and quality in the home.
  • Faucet Aerators & Pipe Wrap (where accessible) – These water saving products reduce your water consumption which means less electricity spent on heating the water in your home.

Along with these upgrades our technicians will discuss your energy use, providing tips for saving energy and money. Through this assessment you could save hundreds of dollars in energy costs yearly.
